Refund & Cancellation Policy

CloseoutSignal is currently under development. Public sign in, public sign up, subscriptions, and payment processing are not currently available.

At this time, CloseoutSignal does not sell physical goods, does not ship products, and does not offer public paid subscriptions through this website.

Because public payments are not currently available, there are currently no public subscription renewals, cancellations, refunds, returns, or shipping obligations.

If CloseoutSignal begins offering paid pilot access, subscriptions, onboarding, usage-based billing, SMS-related fees, or other paid services, the applicable pricing, cancellation terms, refund terms, and delivery details will be provided before payment is collected. Future payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider.

CloseoutSignal is a digital software product. If paid access becomes available, service delivery will be electronic and may include dashboard access, workspace access, software features, onboarding support, exports, SMS workflow tools, or related digital services. No physical product will be shipped.

If you believe you were charged by CloseoutSignal in error, contact us immediately so we can review the issue.
